Build Positively, Destroy Negativity

Peace Family...

I attended a birthday party recently and it was full of love, peace, harmony, food, fun and live entertainment. Prior to attending the block party I picked up my 12 yr. old nephew, Keyson to help me prepare some body oils to sell there. We must invest in our youth (future), instilling constructive and productive values in them on all levels. As we prepared the oils, I taught him more about the science of entrepreneurship. I sold about $50 worth of oils (at $5 each) and took several photos for the birthday girl. I charged her $25 for the photos I took and she was pleased with my work. I get my hustle on when and where I can, positively.
There was a sister there who was drunk. Her front teeth is missing and she's usually grinning from ear to ear. She's a known alcoholic so most people don't pay her any mind when she acts other than self. While DJ Born played a variety of music, I watched her dance periodically, having a good time, expressing the joy she felt through the vibrations of the music. I enjoyed watching her have a good time dancing. I love our people regardless to whom or what. Some people probably laughed at her, cracked negative jokes about her, etc. I went to the store, she came in and asked me to "loan" her a dollar. I told her, "I'll give you a dollar." [It's ironic how some people ask to "borrow" money they know damn well they will not pay back.] On the way back, I walked and talked with her, treating her like I want to be treated, with respect, etc. I wasn't concerned with who saw us walking together and talking because she is my sister and I love her regardless of her physical and mental condition and position in life.
I watched Keyson play basketball and observed him snatch the ball from this other boy extremely aggressive. I called him to me and gave him some "time out" after discussing his negative behavior. I'm always building with him about being civilized in his ways and actions.
If there's any negativity manifested in my cipher that I can help destroy, I do what I can to the best of my ability to destroy it.
We must always strive to build positively within self and outside of self to add on to the quality of our life. We must always strive to eliminate all negativity within and without. We must remember that the devil (lower self) lies deep within each of us and we must strive daily to keep the devil buried there. This is indeed a struggle, however, if you desire to do the right things for the right reasons, then it's worth the Jihad (struggle).

PEACE!
